CHI Leadership Visits Christel House Venezuela
I would like to introduce myself. My name is Joe Schneider, Chief Financial Officer of Christel House International.It is an exciting time at Christel House as we are in the planning stages of developing our second learning center in India as well as the expansion of Christel House Academy in the U.S. -- adding a high school. While these significant expansion opportunities are keeping us hopping, we continue to closely monitor the progress of our existing centers.This week Christel DeHaan, our Founder, Ed Mendoza, our new Vice President of Education and Community Outreach, and I will be traveling to Caracas Venezuela to spend a week with the students, teachers and leadership of Christel House Venezuela.Our practice is to annually visit each center to review performance and recognize achievements of the past year as well as plan the upcoming year. These weeks are always quite hectic including numerous meetings with staff, students, parents, donors, government officials etc. I'm sure it will be a productive and exciting week.
