Christel House Partners with Indianapolis Public Library

This summer, Indianapolis area children and families can read books to benefit Christel House schools around the world. The Indianapolis Public Library chose Christel House International as its 2013 philanthropic partner. During ‘Book-Aid,’ children and families earn points for reading together. These points can be redeemed for various prizes including books to donate to our learning centers in India, Mexico and South Africa.

Posters highlighting Christel House learning centers will be displayed at 24 library locations in the Indianapolis area and bookmarks featuring student art will be given to the nearly 50,000 expected participants. Additionally, an art exhibit showcasing pieces created by Christel House students from around the world will be shown at the Indianapolis Central Library from June 4 to July 27.
